My philosophy

Lasting memories through breathtaking imagery

Authentic & Creative Photography in Jervis Bay capturing genuine connection against beautiful beach, bush and rainforest backdrops.

I'm an emotive photographer drawn to the quiet beauty of the outdoors, where light, movement, and emotion meet. Based in Jervis Bay & servicing the Shoalhaven region I specialize in capturing soulful moments; children exploring the world, families embracing the slow, simple rhythms of life, and the deep connection we share with nature. My work is rooted in preserving those fleeting, honest glimpses of life as it unfolds, gently and freely, under open skies.

Thank you so much Melinda, these photos are helping me emotionally whilst my Extended family travel back to the UK. You've made the experience all so easy, the photos are just wonderful! I am so happy to have found you. My family loved it all and it meant so much for us to finally have some magical family photos. I'll definitely be using you again.

KORAL & fAMILY

Hey Melinda, it was really cool to meet you at the Becoming Retreat, it was really amazing watching you work with all of the women, to see you getting so close and in such a personal way with all of the Retreat Members so quickly to capture them was amazing.

Adam + YASEMIN

Melinda made us feel super comfortable in ourselves. She was amazing with our 4 month old & so easy going. Our photos came out natural & raw which we love! Communication to organise the day was nothing short from easy as Melinda was fast responding and thorough with the information needed. We drove from Wollongong to have Melinda photograph us and would do so again. Highly recommend.
